This Course will outline all cashier features in the cashier module. Features are divided into cashier roles namely Administrators, Supervisors and cashiers.
Each role has different authority levels, and therefor will only have access to certain menus. Ideally you don’t want one person to have access to all 3.
The Cashier deals with the capturing of the receipts but can also do enquiries.
The Supervisor deals with the day end procedure of cashing up and checking the audit rolls as well as cancelling receipts.
The Administrator handles the posting of receipts. The receipts will only reflect on the Consumer, Sundry or Vote ledger after receipt posting has been completed.
